Madoromi means to sleep or rest, and in this exercise you will relax and enjoy simply being in the forest.

 

The purpose of this exercise is to focus on heightening your awareness of your own presence as you are surrounded by the natural space, and more deeply connecting with nature.

 

Mayu will guide you to recline on a mat, closing your eyes and

imagining the feeling of sinking into the earth and becoming one with nature.
