Before everyone goes their separate ways you will enjoy Ocha-kai, a tea gathering.
The Japanese ritual of drinking tea is an experience infused
with meaning representing harmony, respect and purity.
With Mayu and your fellow forest bathers, you share tea and appreciate the significance of
the tea ceremony while reflecting on your Shinrin-yoku experience.
Tea gatherings can be informal or formal. An informal tea gathering is known as Chakai,
which is how Mayu will conclude the Shinrin-yoku experience, leaving you refreshed and relaxed.
You will be invited to take some time to connect with your group,
sharing the Chakai and enjoying the feeling of bliss after Shinrin-yoku.
