This mindfulness activity will help you let go of negative feelings, thoughts and energy,

and you will set free any emotions that are holding you back.


Using a fallen leaf or other small item in the forest, Mayu will help you

channel any negative energy or emotions into this small natural object.


You will then be guided to reflect, then release this object into nature,

concurrently letting go of any negative energy you may have been harbouring,

leaving you feeling renewed and uplifted.
