Join us for a unique 2 hour immersive experience where the healing wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) meets the restorative power of Forest Therapy (Shinrin-Yoku). This special workshop, led by a certified Forest Therapy Guide Mayu Kataoka and a certified TCM practitioner Angela Tian Zhu, will explore how our mental and physical health are deeply connected.
What to Expect:
TCM Insights – Learn how TCM views the relationship between emotions and physical health, and how imbalances can lead to stress, anxiety, and fatigue.
Forest Therapy – Experience the calming effects of guided Shinrin-Yoku to regulate emotions and enhance overall wellbeing.
Practical Tools – Take home simple, nature-inspired TCM practices to support your emotional and physical health.
