Forest Bathing gently supports older adults by calming the nervous system, lifting mood, and reducing feelings of loneliness and anxiety. Through slow, mindful activities in nature, participants can stimulate the senses, support cognitive function, and enhance overall wellbeing, contributing to a better quality of life.
