Join Us for a Forest Bathing Walk During the Sydney Cherry Blossom Festival at Auburn Botanic Gardens!

Experience the beauty of the Sydney Cherry Blossom Festival from August 17th to 25th at Auburn Botanic Gardens. On Tuesday, August 20th, my colleague Mary, a Forest Therapy Guide, and I will be leading a special Forest Bathing Walk.

Daily Session Times:
10:00 AM - 10:40 AM
12:00 PM - 12:40 PM
14:30 PM - 15:10 PM
15:30 PM - 16:10 PM

The walk will begin and end at the Billabong Area, located within the Australian Native Garden Section.

While the Forest Bathing Walk is free, you’ll need to book a ticket to enter the gardens.
