Followed by successful Forest Bathing Retreats in 2020 & 2021, the 2023 retreat will take place in the tranquil, beautiful natural environment of Mount Schoenstatt in Mulgoa- only one hour's drive from Sydney.

 

There has never been a better time to explore new well-being opportunities as we embrace the benefits of slowing down and putting our health first.  Forest bathing is a beautiful way to recharge, connect with nature and regenerate our souls. The practice involves a series of guided methods to help you relax, become more present and connect with the natural world.

 

This event is hosted by Mayu Kataoka, based on a simple premise:

  • Immerse yourself in the forest.

  • Absorb its sights, sounds, and smells.

  • Reap numerous psychological and physiological benefits.

Day 1  Friday - 12 May

Arrival  by 16:00

16:00 - 17:00    Welcome Gathering & Afternoon tea/drinks 

18:00 - 19:00    Dinner 

19:30 - 20.00    Hot Foot Bath with Lavender Oil & Epsom Salt 

20:15 - 20:30    Mindfulness Meditation

Day 2  Saturday - 13 May

07:30 - 08:00    Breakfast

08:30 - 09:00    Tai Chi/Stretching 

09:15 -               Depart to Blue Mountains National Park 

10:30 - 15:30    Forest walk (pleasant walk with water falls)

                           (We will take lunch with us)

15:45 -               Depart Blue Mountains National Park

16:30 -               Back to Accommodation

 - Free time till dinner -

* Nature craft/weaving

* General Fitness level is required for a variable terrain in the walking track at Blue Mountains.
